The Righteous Person

Beloved! In the Bible we see the Lord comparing the righteous to that of a palm tree. The palm tree lives long and every part of it is useful to us. The Lord shall use the righteous man for His glory all the days of his life. He shall use him to be a blessing to others (Proverbs 29:2).
How many times have we hurt others with our harsh words and actions especially the poor and the needy? Let us not be inconsistent, contradictory and wicked in our ways (Jeremiah 17:9). Let us seek the Lord and we shall become righteous. God promises us, “The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon” (Psalm 92:12).
When we seek Him to lead us in the righteous way and enable us to walk in His commands, He bestows all the blessings on us.
In a family, the parents of two daughters raised them up in a strict way. The daughters developed a fear and inferiority complex and they could not shine in life. They were nervous to talk in public and they could not come to the forefront and do any work because of their inferiority complex. Therefore, they could not be smart in their lives. But, one girl among them tasted the love of God deeply. So, she lived closer to God and received the courage, a strong mind and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. She submitted her life to be used as vessel in the hands of God. Yes! God made a girl who was timid and reserved to rise up and glorify His name. This was a great wonder to all her family members and relatives.
Beloved! It is the heart of the Lord to bestow the blessings of the righteous on you. So, commit your life to Him. You shall become righteous and God will make you a blessing to the world. Your life will be filled with laughter and you shall flourish like a palm tree. The Lord shall use you to bring glory to Him all the days of your life.
Prayer:
Loving Lord Jesus,
I commit my life to You. Make me righteous and make me to flourish like a palm tree. Lord, let my word and deed be pleasing to You. Lead me in the righteous path and strengthen me by Your Holy Spirit. Give me a prosperous life and make me a blessing to the world. I give You all glory, honour and praise.
