Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence at Jesus Calls Europe Ministries.
Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any of the credit and debit cards shown on the payment page.
We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
If prices have been shown elsewhere in euros, then on this site and at time of payment we will convert it into UK pounds. Exchange rates change frequently and we cannot guarantee what rate you will be charged at. Please refer to your bank statements to determine.
Accepting Orders and Security
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will display a confirmation/acceptance page with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you.
Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. Information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it. ALL Credit or Debit card transactions are secure.
You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. This should appear on any page where you are entering personal information (such as your credit card details).
Return of faulty goods within 7 Days
If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a replacement: We will replace the product when: the product is otherwise in 'as-new' condition; the product is complete with the original box and the packaging; Our promise to replace products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
REGISTRATION FEES FOR CONFERENCES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions only cover websites owned and operated by Order Jesus Calls Europe Ministries.

Web Site Terms of Use
We do not guarantee that this web site will be compatible with all customers' PCs. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x and above, and viewing at full screen size. The web site is dynamic and regularly updated. Products and prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
All deliveries are by standard mail. Delivery will normally be within 21 working days of acceptance of your order unless stated otherwise. International orders will take longer
Delivery Charges
Throughout the site, the prices quoted for some of our products do not include the delivery/handling charge. When you add an item to your order, a delivery charge may be added automatically. You will always be able to see the total price of your order and delivery charges before you buy. NB: If you have choose an inappropriate shipping method we will amend your order total value by a reasonable amount. Current rates are 10% for European orders & 20% for all other regions.
Customer Data
By agreeing to use this website and order goods, you also give us the right to hold details on you as a "customer". With this you may receive promotional emails from us from time to time.
