MIGHTY GOD Speaker: Dr. Paul Dhinakaran Gist: God says, “I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands.” The Lord is great and will fulfill His promises concerning you, when you keep your trust upon Him.
Many times you may think that your problems are so big and forget that you have a great and mighty God in your midst. Isaiah 12:6 says, “For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!” You may fear that your problems may overcome you. The satan, who brings those problems tries to win a victory over you by that fear.
But, when you read 1 John 4:4 you will understand that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. If you understand this truth and confess the magnificence of His might, the Lord will reveal Himself to you and you will overcome all your problems.
In 1969, my father, Bro.D.G.S.Dhinakaran became very weak as both his kidneys were affected. When he was in his sick bed, the Holy Spirit filled my father with His presence and gave him a vision. On a high mountain my father was walking on a narrow path. As he kept walking, the path came to an end. It was a dangerous valley filled with dark figures. These black figures seeing my father said, "We need him. We must kill him because he is separating people from us and turning them towards the Lord."
Even as they were shouting, a voice echoed, “My son! Get on to this hand.” And the hand carried him over the valley. The dark figures were trying to pull him down. Again, the voice echoed, Son, don’t look back, go forward, progress.” This vision strengthened my father and he was healed.
If I say, "My foot slips," Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.(Psalm 94:18)
The Lord will do greater things in your life and will strengthen you too, when you submit yourself unto Him.
Dear friend, are you still waiting on the Lord to get your problems solved? Do not worry. When you trust in the Lord, He will exalt you higher than all your problems. Even as you go through this message it is the desire of the Lord to grant you a blessed life.
Prayer:
Most loving and heavenly Father,
You are greater than he who is in the world. Please help me to keep my trust upon You in the midst of all my afflictions that I face in my life. I believe that You will do greater things in my life. Pour out Your grace and guide me to overcome all my problems. Fulfill Your plan concerning me so that I will glorify Your name.
